On behalf of the 14th Goofy Charity Organising Committee, we would like to thank you for your support, sponsorship and generous donation for our fundraising event. We raised $42,000. The proceeds will be donated equally to our beneficiary charities – Mamre Oaks and Rainbow Centre.

About The Event
14th Goofy & Frenz Charity Golf 2018
Every year, blending with the Chinese New Year festivities, a social group of golfers would gather to raise funds through golf for disadvantaged children, youths or elderlies. Next event will be held on 23rd February 2018 at Seletar Country Club. A total 160 golfers are expected to gather for this good cause.
Some of the previous beneficiaries were Alzheimer’s Disease Association, Rainbow Centre’s Early Intervention for Infants and Children (EIPIC), Villa Francis Home for the Aged, Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) and ARC Children’s Centre.
With many kind sponsors, the organizer was able to provide the necessary prizes for the golfers and participants for an enjoyable event.
We would like to seek your kind sponsorship to a good cause, providing for the disadvantaged.
Proceeds from the event will be for the two organisations, Mamre Oaks and Rainbow Centre’s Special Student Care Centre (SSCC)
About MAMRE OAKS
Mamre Oaks is a day activities centre for Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. They are a non-profit organisation funded by Caritas Singapore, established in October 2015 with aims to provide structured and varied programs that will actively engage the adult persons with intellectual & developmental disabilities.
As a Member Organisation of Caritas Singapore (the official social and community arm of the Catholic Church in Singapore), Mamre Oaks endeavours to serve these adults regardless of race and religion. It also has, as part of the social mission of the Caritas and the Church, a commitment to serve individuals from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
About Rainbow Centre’s Special Student Care Centre (SSCC)
Rainbow Centre is a not-for-profit organisation that serves children and young people with a diverse range of moderate to severe developmental needs, including autism, physical, visual and/or hearing disabilities, many with multiple disabilities.
Rainbow Centre will be starting a Special Student Care Centre (SSCC) to provide a safe, nurturing place of supervision for school age children with disabilities. The centre will provide opportunities to reinforce learning from school and it will support parents by providing respite care for their children.
The SSCC will focus on individual needs and work with the student’s families and the school systems to help each student.
